For easy focus adjustment with ND filter. It is not easy to adjust focus when using the high density ND filter because the finder becomes dark.The ND filter has to be detached before taking a picture to adjust focus. When using the variable ND filter,the finder can be bright by only rotating the filter ring to lower density, There is no need to detach the filter when adjusting focus.
